The RVFHC’s goal is to meet the needs of our community by working with your insurance and income status.River Valley Family Health Center is an Outreach and Enrollment Site and can assist you in applying for Medicaid and insurance on Connect for Health. We accept most insurances including: Medicare, Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) and Colorado Indigent Care Program (CICP). We also offer discounted medical services on a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients. In addition to our primary health care services, we have partnered with The Center for Mental Health to provide mental and behavioral health services.
