Details: Scott County Public Health's mobile clinic is a free medical clinic for uninsured and under-insured Scott County residents. The Scott County Mobile Health Clinic is made possible by a partnership between Scott County Public Health and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). Scott County Public Health provides all the medical and nursing services for the clinic. The SMSC provides the Mobile Health Unit. Public Health’s partnership with SMSC enables the clinic to be brought directly to those in need by traveling to various locations within Scott County every two to three weeks.

Our students have access to mental health support, medical care, health education, and fitness/nutrition counseling.
Details: Open Door Health Center (ODHC) is an independently owned and operated, non profit community health center, providing quality and affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all people in Southern Minnesota. Many private insurance plans are accepted, as well as MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance (MA). Details: Founded by Drs. Vacharee and Andrew Peterson, Community Dental Care was one of the first private clinics in the Twin Cities that focused primarily on serving low-income and patients from all walks of life. To ensure continued access to high-quality dental care for the large number of our patients enrolled in public programs, the clinic was incorporated into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in August 2004 and began serving patients as a nonprofit in January 2005. In May 2008, CDentC opened its second clinic location in Maplewood. In December 2012, a third location opened in Rochester in the Heintz Center. On January 13, 2014, Community Dental Care launched its fourth location, in Robbinsdale. We opened up another office in Rochester as our fifth location on August 14, 2017. Today, with 76 chairs and a staff of 270, we provide dental services to more than 49,000 patients every year.
