  • Clinic Details: Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics (RMYC) was established in 1996 by Dr. Larry Wolk, a Denver pediatrician who recognized a gap in the Colorado healthcare system that left many children without access to healthcare. Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, high-quality health care and support programs to infants, children, and youth across Colorado regardless of their insurance status or family’s ability to pay. We have grown from a single clinic that provided approximately 2,000 patient visits a year to a vast statewide network with 12 clinics that provide more than 64,000 visits to over 24,000 patients a year. Our dedicated and highly trained staff strive to provide a true medical home experience tor patients and a welcoming and culturally responsive environment for children and families of all backgrounds. More than 85% of the children we serve live in low-income households and every year, we provide over $1 million of free care to families who are uninsured or unable to afford health care services. We treat our families with respect, compassion and understanding. In 2016, RMYC celebrated 20 years of connecting kids to healthy lives with medical, dental, and behavioral health care, nutrition and fitness education, emergency and supplemental food, early literacy and school readiness support, and linkages to community resources for other basic needs such as housing, transportation, food, and clothing. We hope you will take a few minutes to watch our videos to learn more about the extraordinary programs and services we offer.
