This clinic, formally known as Integrated Health Care - West, will work together with you so it is as easy as possible for you to receive health and social services in your neighborhood, close to home. We provide holistic, integrated, compassionate physical and mental health services. We are your healthcare partners, helping you to manage and understand your health problems, and guiding you through the healthcare system. As an IHC site, what sets us apart from other Mile Square Health Center (MSHC) clinics is that we are fully staffed by outstanding Nurse Practitioners. Nurse Practitioners are registered nurses with advanced degrees, certification, and clinical training to provide health care services to individuals of all ages. Nurse Practitioners promote a comprehensive approach to health care and emphasize the overall health and wellness of their patients. MSHC Humboldt Park is fully equipped for those in the community with physical and mental health disabilities. We have state-of-the-art equipment that makes our clinic fully accessible for all people, including those who use wheelchairs or have physical limitations. Our staff also specializes in managing the healthcare needs of people living with chronic mental illness. The care you receive at MSHC Humboldt Park is directly connected to the entire UI Health System including a hospital, outpatient clinics, and specialty care.
